On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, a lot of pharmacists participated in a highly valuable seminar focused on best practices for providing advice at the pharmacy counter.

The event, organized by our company, was held at Cosmopolis multi-venue in Kornos and attracted pharmacists from the districts of Nicosia, Larnaca, and Famagusta.

The seminar was delivered by specialized trainers from the training and communication company “Charami” who focused on the following topics:
• Health advice: Engaging in dialogue with the customer and managing everyday situations at the pharmacy counter.
• Active prescription execution.
• Complementary suggestions: An initiative that highlights the advisory role of the pharmacist.

Following the presentations, there was a lively discussion and exchange of views on optimizing patient service at the pharmacy.
